  • 0.3 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup egg substitute frozen thawed
  •  egg whites 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • tablespoon orange juice concentrate frozen undiluted thawed
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 cup evaporated skimmed milk 
  • cups sweet potatoes and into cubed peeled
  • tablespoon triple sec orange-flavored

Directions

  1. Cook sweet potato in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. Transfer sweet potato to a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add milk and next 8 ingredients; beat at low speed until blended.
  4. Beat egg whites at high speed of an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold one-third of beaten egg whites into sweet potato mixture; fold in remaining egg whites. Spoon mixture into an ungreased 2-quart souffle dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 55 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve immediately.
