  • cups baby bok choy coarsely chopped
  • teaspoons sesame oil dark
  • cups fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons ginger fresh peeled chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh ( 3 limes)
  • tablespoon soy sauce low-sodium
  • ounce mushroom caps trimmed thinly sliced
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • cups water

Directions
