Ingredients

  • cups tex mex cheese shredded divided kraft
  • 0.5 cup flour 
  • 16 small flour tortillas 
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cups milk 
  • 0.5 cup miracle whip dressing 
  • 0.5 cup salsa 
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts boneless skinless cooked cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix dressing and flour in medium saucepan with whisk until well blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened.
  3. Add 1 cup cheese; cook until melted, stirring constantly. Reserve 1 cup sauce.
  4. Stir chicken, salsa and parsley into remaining sauce; spoon 1/3 cup down centre of each tortilla.
  5. Roll up.
  6. Place 8 roll-ups, seam-sides down, in each of 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce and remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
