Craving tender, fall-apart barbecue brisket but don't have a smoker? This Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket recipe is your answer! I've perfected a method to achieve incredibly juicy, flavorful brisket right in your oven, and it's surprisingly simple. Perfect for a Sunday dinner or a special occasion, this gluten-free and dairy-free recipe feeds a crowd (approximately 10 servings!), making it ideal for family gatherings or friendly get-togethers.

What sets this brisket apart? The key is the slow and low cooking process. The brisket spends hours gently braising in its juices, infusing it with savory goodness. The rub of salt, pepper, and garlic powder creates a fantastic base flavor that complements the rich, smoky barbecue sauce we add later.

Don't be intimidated by the long cooking time! Most of it is hands-off. This recipe is about letting the oven do the work! With an hour per pound cooking time, prep and patience are your best friends. Slice the brisket and blanket it in a delectable homemade or store-bought barbecue sauce mixed with a little water, ensuring every slice is bathed in that sweet and tangy goodness. Trust me, the 310 minutes are WELL worth the wait!
