- 4 ounce farm-raised catfish fillets
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise fat-free
- 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon juice of lemon
- 8 lemon wedges

- Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well; set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and hot sauce, stirring well.
