  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs dry fine
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper white
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth undiluted canned
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter reduced-calorie
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup skim milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme dried whole
  • pound frangelico

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; stir well. Dredge chicken pieces in crumb mixture, coating each piece well.
  2. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
  4. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Combine milk, broth, and flour; stir until smooth. Gradually add to margarine, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and white pepper.
  6. Serve with chicken.
