  • 16 ounce coleslaw 
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 24 ounce salmon fillet

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Place coleslaw in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish; arrange fish on top of coleslaw.
  4. Pour juice mixture over fish; sprinkle with cilantro and pepper.
  5. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
