Directions
Cut 4 medium baking potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and sprinkle with 1 large garlic clove, minced; 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning; 3/4 teaspoon salt; and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 30 minutes or until wedges are golden brown and tender.
