  • oz approx cream cheese spread 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  •  eggs 
  • cup cream sour
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • 0.8 cup strawberry jam 
  • cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir all filling ingredients until well blended; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, stir all batter ingredients with wire whisk or fork until well blended.
  3. Pour batter into baking dish.
  4. Pour filling evenly over batter. Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Heat oven to 325°F. Uncover baking dish; bake 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
