  • ounce artichoke hearts drained quartered canned
  • cup butter 
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • cup chicken stock see 
  • cup half-and-half cream 
  • cups heavy cream 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • quart dozens oysters fresh chopped
