  • cup celery chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • cup onion chopped
  • 24 ounce dozens oysters drained chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Directions

  1. Saut celery and onion in butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 25 minutes.
