  • 0.5 pound beef rib steak sliced thin
  • ounce vermicelli 
  • ounce vermicelli 
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • tablespoon granulated sugar white
