  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon maple syrup to taste
  • 0.3 cup ground pecans to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • tablespoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.3 cup ground walnuts to taste

Directions

  1. Stir apple, raisins, coconut oil, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook to blend flavors, about 5 minutes.
  2. Blend banana, eggs, almond milk, almond butter, and vanilla together in a food processor.
  3. Add walnuts and pecans to banana mixture and blend.
  4. Stir banana mixture and maple syrup into apple mixture; bring to a simmer and cook until thick, 5 to 10 minutes.
