If you're looking for a delicious and healthy twist on chicken fingers, this recipe is a must-try! These pan-fried chicken tenders are not only packed with flavor but also offer a satisfying crunch. The secret lies in the coating - a combination of crushed whole-grain flake cereal and a touch of paprika, which gives them a golden hue and a delightful texture. The chicken is first dredged in a seasoned flour mixture, then dipped in beaten eggs, and finally coated with the crushed cereal. This triple coating ensures a crispy exterior that stays put while frying.

The frying process is quick and easy, taking just a few minutes on each side to achieve a perfect golden brown color. And the best part? These chicken fingers are not only tasty but also healthier than their deep-fried counterparts. The use of canola oil and a moderate amount of heat ensures a lighter dish without compromising on flavor. Serve these chicken fingers with a zesty dipping sauce that's sure to impress. The combination of mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and soy sauce creates a creamy, spicy, and tangy sauce that perfectly complements the chicken.
