  • tablespoon jalapeno minced
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh divided
  • inch pineapple 
  • 16 ounce pork loin chops boneless ( 1/)
  • medium onion red cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 0.4 teaspoon salt divided
