  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon butter 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • pound pork tenderloins trimmed
  • cup beef broth 
  • 0.5 cup wine dry red
  • tablespoons pomegranate molasses 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon shallots finely chopped

Directions

  1. To prepare sauce, combine broth and the next 4 ingredients (through honey) in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat 30 minutes or until reduced to 1/3 cup.
  2. Remove from heat; strain over a bowl. Discard solids.
  3. Add butter to the molasses mixture, stirring with a whisk until the butter melts.
  4. To prepare pork tenderloin, preheat oven to 50
