  • pound asparagus trimmed cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • 1.5 pounds new potatoes scrubbed
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • teaspoon salt

  3. Add the asparagus to the skillet and roast uncovered for 10 to 13 minutes.
