Ingredients

  • 0.7 cup chicken broth 
  • teaspoon marjoram dried
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoons penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 36 oz pilgrim's pride boneless skinless
  • 36 oz pilgrim's pride boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Stir together Italian seasoning and next 4 ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of chicken.
  3. Cook 3 chicken breasts in 1 Tbsp. hot oil over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Remove chicken from pan. Repeat with remaining 3 chicken breasts and 1 Tbsp. oil.
  5. Saut garlic in hot skillet 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth, and cook 2 minutes, stirring to loosen particles from bottom of skillet.
  7. Serve sauce over chicken.
