Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons brown sugar 
  • teaspoon canola oil 
  • tablespoon cider vinegar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 16 ounce center-cut loin pork chops boneless ( 1/)
  • cups delicious apple red peeled sliced ( 2)
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup water

  • plastic wrap
  • microwave

Directions

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium microwave-safe bowl, and toss well. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH 12 minutes or until tender. Cool 5 minutes.
  2. Place apple mixture in a food processor, and process until smooth. Stir in 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sprinkle pork on both sides with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper; add to pan. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until pork is done.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with applesauce.
