- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 jalapeno seeded finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
- 2 cups pineapple chopped
- 0.3 cup bell pepper red finely chopped

- Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
