- 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
- 0.8 cup green onions sliced
- 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
- 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
- 2 cups papaya diced peeled
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 large bell pepper diced red peeled
- 0.1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar
