1 pound fatty pork boneless lean cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lard

Directions
Saut pork cubes in lard in a large skillet; add salt and paprika , mixing well. Stir in celery, onion, and molasses.
Add water to cover. Cook mixture, covered, over medium heat 30 minutes. Reduce heat; uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes , stirring mixture frequently.
