Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoons butter 
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  •  onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika 
  •  pork chops boneless
  • 0.3 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Set uppermost oven rack 5 inches from heat source, and preheat broiler.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onions, and cook until soft and golden.
  3. Remove from heat. In a bowl, stir together 1/2 teaspoon paprika, sauerkraut, onions, and sour cream.
  4. Season pork chops with pepper, garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon paprika.
  5. Broil pork chops 6 minutes. Turn, and broil 5 to 6 minutes more.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Spread sauerkraut and onion mixture over pork chops, and broil 1 or 2 minutes more.
