  •  artichokes fresh trimmed
  • tsp dijon mustard 
  • Tbsp olive oil extra virgin 
  •  lemons divided
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft

Directions

  1. Quarter 1 lemon; place in large pan of boiling water.
  2. Add artichokes; cook 30 min. or until bottoms of artichokes are tender and a leaf from each can easily be pulled out.
  3. Drain. Discard lemon wedges; cool artichokes slightly.
  4. Cut artichokes lengthwise in half. Scoop out fuzzy centers with spoon; discard.
  5. Place artichokes on platter.
  6. Squeeze 2 Tbsp. juice from remaining lemon; mix with oil and mustard.
  7. Drizzle over artichokes; sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
