  • 16 ounce tilapia fillets (or flounder or orange roughy)
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Place fish in an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish; sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
