  • pounds cauliflower trimmed cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces ( 1 large head)
  • medium garlic clove smashed
  • teaspoons kosher salt as needed plus more
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • ounces parsnips peeled cut into large dice ( 2 medium)
  • servings pepper white
  • 1.5 cups milk whole

Directions
