Ingredients

  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.3 cup oats 
  • tablespoons relish 
  • tablespoons catsup 
  • teaspoons mustard prepared
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • pound ground beef 
  • slices processed cheese food 
  • 10  dinner rolls split

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
  2. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 10 patties.
  3. Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Broil 3-4 in. from heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°.
  4. Place patties on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet; wrap and freeze until firm.
  5. Remove from pan and transfer to a large freezer container; return to freezer. To use, broil frozen patties as directed, increasing time as necessary.
