Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • cups collard greens frozen chopped (from 16-oz bag)
  • teaspoons vinegar white
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1.5 cups baby carrots quartered
  • 1.5 cups sugar snap peas frozen
  • serving hot sauce red

Directions

  1. In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth to boiling. Stir in collard greens, vinegar, onion powder, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and boil gently 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in carrots. Cover; cook 8 minutes. Stir in pea pods; cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until carrots and pea pods are crisp-tender.
  3. Serve with red pepper sauce.
