Ingredients

  •  shallots very thinly sliced
  • 50 peas frozen
  • tbsp sherry vinegar 
  • tbsp olive oil 
  • tsp sugar to taste
  • handfuls salad leaves 
  •  radishes very thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Put the shallot and peas in a bowl.
  2. Pour over a kettle of boiling water, then drain.
  3. Mix the vinegar, oil and sugar to taste, then season generously. When youre ready to eat, toss the shallot, peas, leaves, radishes and dressing together.
