  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • cloves garlic minced
  • bunch pea shoots trimmed
  • servings salt and pepper black to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • tablespoons vegetable oil
