  • ounces round of président brie thinly sliced
  • teaspoon brown sugar 
  • 8-inch flour tortilla fat-free ()
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoons honey 
  • teaspoons juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lime zest grated
  • cup peaches firm ripe peeled thinly sliced ( 2 large)

Directions

  4. Place 2 quesadillas in pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until tortillas are lightly browned and crisp.
  5. Remove from pan; keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining quesadillas.
  6. Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges; serve with sauce.
  7. Garnish with chive strips, if desired.
