  • large peaches fresh ripe halved
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat. Arrange peaches, cut sides up in a broiler pan.
  2. Brush cut sides with melted butter, and sprinkle each with 1/2 Tbsp. sugar. Broil 10 to 11 minutes or until sugar is caramelized.
  3. Serve immediately with Honey Crme Anglaise.
