  • teaspoon balsamic reduction 
  • cup basil packed
  • clove garlic 
  • tablespoons gorgonzola dolce crumbled
  • serving juice of lemon to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup parmigiano reggiano grated
  •  peaches sliced
  • tablespoon arugula pesto (see below)
  • serving salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.3 cup meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded cooked
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • servings tortillas (6-)
  • tablespoons walnuts toasted

  1.
