  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cinnamon divided
  • 32 ounce peaches fresh frozen ripe peeled sliced
  • 15 ounce pie crust dough refrigerated (such as Pillsbury)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine the flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Place the peaches in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar mixture; let stand 30 minutes.
  6. Combine 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar in a small bowl. Unfold 1 pie dough, reserving remaining dough for another use.
