Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  •  peaches pitted ripe peeled coarsely chopped
  • cups powdered sugar 
  • cup whipping cream 
  • cups frangelico 
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  2. In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and granulated sugar.
  3. Add chopped peaches; toss lightly.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of the whipping cream and the melted butter; gently fold into peach mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Turn dough out onto cookie sheet. With hands, flatten dough; shape into 10x7-inch rectangle about 1-inch thick.
  6. Using pizza cutter or large knife, score dough to make 15 biscuits.
  7. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  8. To make glaze, in small bowl, stir together remaining 1/2 cup whipping cream and the powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
