Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, stir steel cut oats into water, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook until oats are tender, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.
  3. Stir peanut butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar into oats.
