  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • 1.5 tablespoons ginger root fresh minced
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoons peanut butter 
  • 0.3 cup peanuts chopped
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • ounces udon noodles

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add noodles and cook until tender according to package directions.
  3. Drain.
