  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • cups carrots shredded
  • large bell pepper red cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts
