  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup cranberries 
  • 0.5 cup baker's angel flake coconut 
  • tsp ground mexican cinnamon (canela)
  • cup honey 
  • cups old-fashioned oats 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.5 cup pepitas raw shelled
  • 0.8 cup planters roasted peanuts dry
  • Tbsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add honey and butter; mix well.
  4. Spread into 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pans.
  5. Bake 30 min., stirring every 10 min. Stir in raisins and cranberries.
  6. Bake 5 min.; cool completely.
  7. Break into bite-size pieces.
