  • 0.5 cup planters cocktail peanuts chopped
  • oz torn salad greens mixed
  • 0.8 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips
  • Tbsp lite soy sauce 
  • cups cut-up vegetables fresh green assorted ( peppers, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, zucchini)

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 min.
  3. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. or until done.
  4. Add nuts and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mixture is heated through.
  5. Serve over salad greens.
