  • 12 ounce uncook pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
  • ounces pancetta cut into thin strips
  • ounces provolone cheese shredded
  • teaspoon sherry vinegar 
  • tablespoons walnut pieces toasted chopped
  • cups onion sweet vertically sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
