  • 1.5 cups baby arugula leaves 
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • medium pears thinly sliced
  • Dash pepper black freshly ground
  • 12 ounce prebaked pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
  • ounces pancetta cut into thin strips
  • ounces provolone cheese shredded
  • teaspoon sherry vinegar 
  • tablespoons walnuts toasted chopped
  • cups oso sweet vertically sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion to pan; cover and cook for 3 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Top evenly with onion mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Top evenly with pear and prosciutto.
  5. Sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts.
  8. Place arugula in a medium bowl.
  9. Drizzle vinegar over greens; toss gently to coat. Top pizza evenly with arugula mixture.
