  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon flour all-purpose
  • cups milk 1% low-fat divided
  • 0.1 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • cups pears cubed peeled
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Coat a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray, and dust plate with 1 teaspoon flour. Arrange the pear cubes in the bottom of prepared dish, and set aside.
  3. Combine 3/4 cup flour, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl. Gradually add 1 cup milk, stirring with a whisk until well-blended.
  4. Add 1 cup milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour batter over pear cubes.
  6. Bake mixture at 375 for 35 minutes or until set.
