  • cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt fine
  • tablespoons butter unsalted softened
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Combine mint and butter in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Bring 3 tablespoons water and salt to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Add peas to pan; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Top peas with lettuce; cover and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until lettuce wilts.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in butter mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
