  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup bulgur uncooked
  • tablespoon cranberries dried
  • cup fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup quick-cooking brown rice instant
  • 0.5 cup rice white instant
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups water
