  • 2.8 oz quick-cooking rice wild
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Drain off excess liquid. Fluff with a fork.
  4. Add green onions and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
