  •  scotch bonnet peppers halved
  •  garlic clove crushed peeled
  •  spring onion coarsely chopped
  • tablespoons salt 
  • pound shrimp uncooked unpeeled
  • large thyme sprigs fresh
  • cups water 
  • 1.5 teaspoons allspice whole

Directions
