0.5 pound turkey sausage italian hot
1 cup mushrooms quartered
1 small bell pepper red seeded cut into 1/2-inch strips

0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
1 small bell pepper yellow seeded cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 small zucchini halved lengthwise sliced

Directions
Remove casings from sausage. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
Add onion and garlic; saut 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini; saut 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausage is done. Stir in tomatoes; cover and cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
Add pasta and black pepper; stir well. Cook over medium-low heat 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
