Ingredients

  • box ranch & bacon pasta salad mix betty suddenly salad®
  • 0.3 cup water cold
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • cups broccoli florets frozen thawed drained
  • 3.3 oz pepperoni sliced cut in half (1 cup)
  • 0.8 cup tomatoes coarsely chopped
  • 2.5 oz mushrooms drained sliced

Directions

  1. Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In large bowl, stir together Seasoning mix, oil and cold water; set aside.
  3. Drain pasta; rinse with cool water. Shake to drain well. Stir pasta and remaining ingredients into seasoning mixture.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
