  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • cup pumpkinseed kernels unsalted
  • 0.3 cup light-colored corn syrup 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  4. Remove pan from heat; add pumpkinseed mixture and baking soda. Working quickly, spread mixture in a thin, even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; let stand until set. Break into pieces.
